About Nimaya Foundation

Co-founded in 2021 by social entrepreneurs Navya Naveli Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya is a not-for-profit career accelerator for women with big dreams

Unlike traditional skill-building NGOs, Nimaya is laser-focused on preparing women for the AI-powered digital economy—not just with skills, but with aspiration and identity.


To date, Nimaya has empowered 4,000+ Nimaya Naaris across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, Mumbai Police, SEWA, FICCI-FLO, and more.

Background

  1. 6 months to 2 years years of experience in the education sector, NGO, service industry, client servicing, CSR program management, operations, or field partnerships.
  2. Passion for learning and helping others succeed, with strong interest and experience in operations.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  4. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to work collaboratively with learners, team members, and stakeholders.
  5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple learner cohorts in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Based in Faridabad, Haryana or Delhi, with willingness to travel to field locations.


Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Cohort Building & Management: Build, and manage cohorts of ambitious young women from restrictive backgrounds to join training our programs. Ensure their sustained engagement, progress, and success through proactive support and mentorship.
  2. Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, community organizations, and colleges who can provide is learners (at no cost to either).
  3. Program Delivery Oversight: Build strong relationships with trainers, oversee high-quality program delivery, and ensure training content and facilitation meet learner needs and program goals.
  4. Program Evaluation & Improvement: Continuously assess program effectiveness through learner feedback, testimonial collection, data tracking, and progress monitoring. Recommend and implement improvements to enhance impact.
  5. Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate program databases, track learner performance metrics, and prepare reports for internal review and external stakeholders.
