Imagine helping a farmer’s daughter launch her own YouTube channel, or upskilling her to land a job in a futuristic start-up. That’s what Nimaya does.

About Nimaya Foundation

Co-founded in 2021 by social entrepreneurs - Navya Naveli Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty, Nimaya is a not-for-profit career accelerator for women with big dreams.

To date, Nimaya has empowered 3,900+ Nimaya Naaris across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Haryana through partnerships with UN Women, Mumbai Police, SEWA, FICCI-FLO, and more.

Our Flagship Programs

● GenAI Ready Naari: Teaching GenAI tools to graduates from underserved communities

● #CreatorNaari: Enabling women to build financial independence as content creators.

● Project Nimaya: Delivering digital and workplace training to daughters of farmers in rural Haryana.
