Key Responsibilities

Processes & Technology Backbone

Build scalable SOPs across retail, online, supply chain, and workshop. Drive adoption of ERP, CRM, POS, and analytics to make AMARIS a data-driven organization. Create live dashboards for sales, operations, inventory, and client retention.

Aggressive Store Expansion

Lead end-to-end rollout of new stores (site, interiors, hiring, training, tech integration). Ensure each new store achieves breakeven within 3–6 months. Develop a repeatable 'store launch playbook' for rapid expansion.

Sales Growth – Offline + Online

Oversee topline growth across both retail stores and D2C channels. Strengthen omnichannel integration for a seamless luxury client experience. Drive in-store activations and digital growth to accelerate revenue.

Operational Excellence & Efficiency

Implement lean operations across supply chain, logistics, and retail. Optimize stock turns and reduce ageing without compromising client experience. Track productivity and cost efficiency through real-time dashboards.

People & Culture

Build and mentor high-performing teams across functions. Groom a strong second line of leadership to sustain scale. Champion a growth mindset: aggressive, resilient, willing to learn/unlearn, and driven by outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years in luxury retail / consumer, with proven experience scaling an Indian brand.

• Top-tier MBA with strong business and analytical acumen.

• Deep understanding of omnichannel growth and client experience.

• Strong operator: process-driven, detail-oriented, yet entrepreneurial and adaptable.

• Bold, resilient, and hungry to leave a mark by building India’s next luxury powerhouse.
