Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and manage all aspects of customer interactions, including but not limited to social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook), WhatsApp, voice calls, and emails. · Independently manage and close sales via social media channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience for customers. · Develop and implement strategies for engaging with customers through various online channels to enhance their experience and build brand loyalty. · Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. · Identify and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing customer base to maximize revenue and enhance customer relationships. · Provide personalized consultations to customers, offering expert advice on product selection, styling, and other inquiries to drive sales. · Direct customers to the relevant departments or specialists when necessary to ensure they receive the best possible service. · Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries using CRM software. · Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams. · Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and styling techniques to provide informed and valuable advice to customers. · Organize and conduct virtual styling sessions or consultations to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales strategies. · Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure continued customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Address any post-purchase inquiries or issues promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to resolve them efficiently. · Provide timely escalations to other departments such as Accounts, Production, and Marketing for issues that require specialized attention or intervention.
