Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Advisor located in Gurugram. The Client Advisor will be responsible for managing client relations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with their purchases, offering personalized advice, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the jewellery collection to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

• Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Experience in the jewellery or luxury industry is an advantage
