Role Overview - As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective travelers from Kerala and selected pan-India enquiries. You will guide them through Nipponasia’s tour options, provide personalized assistance, and ensure smooth conversion from enquiry to booking. This is a relationship-driven role with direct impact on brand growth and client satisfaction. You will work closely with leadership and marketing teams to maximize sales performance. Key Responsibilities - Engage with inbound enquiries from Kerala and filtered pan-India leads. Qualify, nurture, and independently close bookings for regular tours. Follow up systematically to maximize conversions. Build trust and rapport with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email. Share itineraries, proposals, and pricing with backend support. Support clients until departure, ensuring confidence in Nipponasia. Maintain lead records in CRM. Provide weekly sales updates and pipeline reports. Coordinate with operations and marketing partners for smooth handovers. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree (any discipline). Minimum 3 years of proven client-facing sales experience in travel, hospitality, or premium services. Demonstrated success in servicing premium and HNI customers. Excellent communication in English and Malayalam (Hindi knowledge is an advantage). Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a lean, modern structure. Interest in Japan and premium travel is a plus (training provided).
