Chief of Staff

Role Overview

We're a Series E company looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO, a mission-critical role for a high-agency, high-ownership operator who thrives in unstructured environments. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, program manager, problem solver, and execution partner to the CEO. This role plays a central role in defining and building our next phase , including but not limited to the 0-to-1 launch of new revenue lines.

You will operate across strategy, execution, and leadership, with full visibility into company priorities. This is not a passive support role , it’s designed for someone who can take the CEO’s intent and drive execution with urgency, influencing people and aligning teams along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Ownership

• Launch and scale strategic initiatives, including new product lines, with end-to-end ownership of revenue and customer success from day one.
• Lead and track CEO-level priorities, initiatives, and board-level deliverables with precision and urgency.
• Drive long-term strategic planning, business performance reviews, and operating cadences.

Founder’s Office Program Management

• Act as the program manager for high-stakes cross-functional initiatives,owning timelines, decisions, and execution.
• Structure and solve business problems, coordinating across Product, GTM, Finance, People, and Engineering.
• Translate the CEO’s vision into structured plans and outcomes with minimal direction.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Influence

• Influence without authority: bring together cross-functional stakeholders and keep momentum high across initiatives.
• Represent our company and the CEO (Krishna) externally with customers, partners, or investors, when required.
• Serve as the communication backbone of the CEO’s office,crafting updates, presentations, and data-backed decisions.

Thought Partnership & Decision Support

• Be a trusted advisor and sounding board for strategic, commercial, and product decisions.
• Drive clarity in ambiguous situations through first-principles thinking, data, and structured problem solving.
• Provide critical pushback or input when needed, balancing loyalty with constructive challenge.

Experience:

• Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and thrives under pressure
• Experience in startups or tech companies, ideally in strategy, product, or go-to-market roles
• Prior experience as a

  Chief of Staff

  is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
• Proven track record of launching and scaling 0-to-1 initiatives and independently leading large, cross-functional programs, with strong commercial acumen across revenue growth, product launches, and customer value creation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, deep ownership, and comfort working in ambiguity
• Exposure to

• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills

Logistics & Flexibility

• Based in Pune
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed (US travel readiness required)
