Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the

  portfolio-wide marketing strategy

  , ensuring alignment across all brands.
• Set measurable goals, oversee performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and ensure disciplined execution.
• Provide leadership across brand, PR/communications, creative, and growth functions.

2. Branding & Storytelling

• Craft compelling brand narratives that build trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
• Write and edit high-impact copy across digital and traditional channels.
• Maintain consistency of brand voice and visual identity across all consumer touchpoints.

3. Public Relations & Communications

• Lead

  media relations, press initiatives, and thought leadership

  efforts, particularly founder/executive-aligned platforms.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance brand credibility and visibility.
• Evaluate PR impact beyond vanity metrics, focusing on reputation and business growth.

4. Digital & eCommerce Marketing

• Drive performance across

  DTC and Amazon channels

  , including paid social/search, SEO/SEM, CRO, CRM, and influencer/affiliate marketing.
• Establish reporting cadences, post-launch reviews, and performance dashboards for continuous optimization.

5. Team Development & Oversight

• Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team.
• Implement clear OKRs, weekly operating rhythms, and accountability frameworks.
• Scale both in-house and agency capabilities to match rapid organizational growth.

Qualifications

Required Experience

• 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership, including 5+ years in senior/executive roles.
• Proven success in

  health, wellness, or premium consumer brands

  (experience in appliances or supplements preferred).
• Demonstrated track record in

  brand storytelling, PR, executive communications

  , and

  hands-on eCommerce growth

• Exceptional

  writing and communication skills
