Chief Operating Officer (COO)/CFO

Strategic Business Partnering

• Collaborate with business leaders to drive profitability, optimize cost structures, and influence business decisions.
• Support strategic initiatives with financial insights and risk assessments.
• Evaluate investments, new business models, pricing strategies, and expansion plans.

P&L Management:

• Full ownership of the P&L for the business unit/region/division.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to meet targets.
• Ensure revenue growth, cost control, and sustainable profitability.

Business Growth & Transformation:

• Drive process improvements, digitization, and operational transformation initiatives.
• Lead expansion projects, including entry into new markets, business lines, or geographies.
• Promote innovation and change management across the organization.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and profitability.
• Provide leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Align operational goals with strategic business objectives.

Operational Oversight:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across functions such as sales, supply chain, finance, marketing, and service delivery.
• Improve productivity, process efficiency, and service excellence.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.

P&L Ownership:

• Drive end-to-end Profit & Loss responsibility for the business unit, including revenue, cost, margin, and bottom-line performance.

Cost Control & Optimization

• Review cost structures, suggest operational efficiencies, and lead cost-reduction programs.
• Oversee product profitability, contribution margin analysis, and overhead recovery.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Partner with operations, supply chain, HR, and product teams to ensure alignment between financial targets and business activities.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Work closely with auditors (internal and external) to close audits smoothly.
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
