Job Title: Head of Procurement Location: Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, Nanakaramguda, Hyderabad Industry Preference: Retail / Real Estate Only Position Overview The Head of Procurement will lead, strategize, and manage all procurement and sourcing activities across the organization to support real estate and retail operations at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd. The role demands expertise in vendor management, cost control, contract negotiations, and procurement planning specific to the retail or real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with the companys business goals for real estate projects, retail products, and related categories. Key Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA/PGDM Minimum 12+ years of procurement experience in retail or real estate industry only. Strong experience in vendor negotiations, cost control, strategic sourcing, and contract Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain systems, and contract laws.
