Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Ridhira Group, a fast-growing real estate and lifestyle brand specializing in luxury villa developments, hospitality projects, and integrated wellness retreats, you will be responsible for spearheading the financial strategy, driving capital structuring, leading investor relations, and overseeing fundraising initiatives aligned with the company's ambitious growth trajectory. Your role will involve managing the company's financial health, raising funds for ongoing and future projects, and building strong relationships with investors, PE/VC firms, and financial institutions. You will need to leverage your deep real estate sector knowledge, expertise in financial modeling, and proven success in raising capital and managing large-scale real estate project finances to excel in this position. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the company's financial strategy, driving capital planning and project financing, providing strategic insights to the Board and Founders, leading fundraising activities, building and maintaining investor relationships, preparing investment proposals and financial models, monitoring cash flows and project costs, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and building and mentoring a high-performing finance team. To be successful in this role, you should possess a CA/CPA/MBA Finance or equivalent with 15+ years of finance experience, including a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within the Real Estate sector. You should have a proven track record in fundraising for large-scale real estate projects, strong experience in investor relations, and hands-on experience in project finance, financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence. Additionally, you should have an in-depth understanding of real estate financial structures, land acquisition financing, and project lifecycle economics, excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
