Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. You will collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership to establish and implement growth strategies. Additionally, you will supervise accounting, compliance, treasury, taxation, and reporting functions in accordance with global standards. Ensuring effective governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance throughout operations will be a key responsibility. You will play a pivotal role in capital allocation, fundraising, and investor relations activities. By offering actionable insights and financial intelligence, you will steer business decisions and promote operational excellence. Moreover, you will be responsible for mentoring, developing, and empowering a high-performing finance team. The qualifications and experience required for this role include being a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or possessing an equivalent qualification. You should have over 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a CFO or senior finance leadership position. A proven track record in strategic financial management, corporate governance, and compliance is essential. Experience in managing global operations, mergers and acquisitions, and scaling finance functions is highly desirable. Strong skills in stakeholder management, leadership, and communication are crucial. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global business environment is a must.
