We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead for Record to Report (R2R) & Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to join our finance team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance operations, demonstrated leadership skills, and a track record of managing high-performing teams.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–8 finance professionals.
• Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Preferred Candidates:

• Immediate Joiners or Candidates with Notice Period ≤ 15 days

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
