Proven experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or senior finance executive (preferably in FMCG or startup environments) Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA (Finance), CPA, or equivalent Strong command over financial modeling, analysis, and compliance Excellent leadership and communication skills Passion for innovation and scaling disruptive consumer brands Has led finance in large or fast-scaling FMCG/agri brands Understands both rural roots and global ambition Is ready to build systems, manage investor relationships, and drive growth Has led financial strategy in FMCG, agri-business, or food brands Can drive growth, compliance, and capital discipline Is comfortable working between heritage and hyper-growth Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting Build and lead finance systems across production, distribution, and sales verticals Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and internal controls Drive cost optimization across the value chain (procurement, operations, logistics) Partner with the CEO and board on strategic decision-making and expansion Manage investor relations and support capital raising efforts Oversee tax planning, audits, and statutory compliance Guide pricing, financial modeling, and go-to-market economics Lead a growing finance and accounts team Qualifications CA, CPA, MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification 10–20 years of experience in finance leadership roles Experience in FMCG, agri-business, food, or consumer product industries preferred Proven track record of financial leadership, team building, and strategic growth Strong grasp of compliance, corporate finance, and business modeling Exposure to fundraising, investor relations, and M&A a strong plus Personal Traits High integrity and accountability Visionary thinker with financial discipline Comfortable navigating both legacy systems and high-growth environments Excellent communication and leadership skills Passionate about impact, scalability, and value creation Why Join Keerthi Nirmal Group?
