Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Ahmedabad, India Reporting To: Managing Director (India) and functionally to the Group CFO (Europe) Salary: 50 to 60 LPA (Higher for deserving candidates) Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA ICAI) Experience: 20 to 25 Years in a manufacturing company Age Range: 45 to 50 Years Language Proficiency: English (Full), Hindi & Gujarati (Limited) Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and execute financial and tax strategies aligned with business objectives Support tactical and long-term strategic initiatives Manage capital allocation, budgeting, and financial forecasting Define and monitor performance metrics supporting business strategy Operations & Control Oversee accounting, tax, legal, treasury, and investor relations Monitor working capital development and financial health Supervise and challenge improvement programs and cost-saving initiatives Manage third-party vendors and outsourced functions Provide leadership in key business decisions as a member of the executive team Support financial activities of smaller group entities Financial Reporting & Compliance Ensure timely monthly closings, board reporting, and group MIS Oversee statutory compliance: Stock Exchange filings, annual reports, cost audits, and transfer pricing Provide detailed margin, cost, and profitability analysis by product group Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and corporate governance standards Risk Management Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks Manage open legal issues and insurance coverage Establish strong internal control and audit systems Ensure compliance with government and regulatory bodies Coordinate with internal, statutory, and special auditors IT Oversight Supervise and improve ERP & transaction systems (preferably Microsoft-based ERP) Ensure integration of IT with financial and operational functions Funding & External Relations Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships Deploy surplus funds strategically Build strong relationships with external stakeholders bankers, insurers, auditors, consultants Represent the company in investor and financial institutions meetings when required Key Skills & Competencies: Financial planning, budgeting, cost control Taxation, transfer pricing, compliance MIS, ERP (Microsoft), IT-savvy Result-oriented, system-driven Global, cross-cultural experience Independent, discreet, professional Strong communication, stakeholder coordination Strategic thinker, emotionally stable Team leadership, accountable
