Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job description:

Strategic Financial Planning – Develop financial strategies, optimize capital allocation, and evaluate investment opportunities.

Budgeting & Cost Control – Oversee financial forecasting, margin analysis, and expense management.

Banking & Working Capital – Manage fund requirements, Letters of Credit, and financial negotiations.

Accounts & Audits – Supervise financial statements, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and oversee audits.

Taxation & Compliance – Handle GST, Income Tax, and corporate tax planning, ensuring timely filings and regulatory adherence.

Export/Import Finance & Risk Management – Oversee international transactions, financial risk mitigation, and insurance policies.

Financial Reporting & MIS – Monitor cash flow, payables, receivables, and financial performance through timely reports.

Requirements:

• Qualification: CA/MBA in Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 8-10 years in export/import finance & corporate accounts.
• Expertise: International finance, taxation, IFRS, and risk management.
• Leadership: Experience managing teams of 15+ professionals.
• Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
