One of our clients, engaged in a construction and infrastructure company, is looking for a senior management-level profile for upcoming resorts.

Candidate Responsibilities

– A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years serving in an executive role (CEO, COO, or equivalent) within the airline industry.

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism or a related field is required.

– Strong financial management skills, including a track record of successfully overseeing financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting within the airline industry.

– Demonstrated ability to optimize financial structures, manage debt effectively, and make sound financial decisions that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

– Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, improve on-time performance, and drive initiatives that optimize aircraft utilization.

– Experience implementing best practices in route planning, crew scheduling, and ground operations to ensure a lean and agile operational model.

– Proven ability to enhance operational efficiency, improve on-time performance, and drive initiatives that optimize profitability.

– Experience implementing best practices in route planning, human capital scheduling, and operations to ensure a lean and agile operational model.

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effectively managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including employees, investors, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.

– Experience navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and building consensus among diverse interests.

– In-depth knowledge of tourism regulations and a demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and corporate governance principles.

– Experience implementing and maintaining effective internal controls and ethical practices.
