Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Onboarding

• Qualify franchise inquiries and guide prospects through the entire franchising process.
• Educate potential franchisees on business model, investment structure, studio setup, and expectations.

1. Franchise Support & Training

• Coordinate and deliver training programs for new franchisees—from setup to daily operations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and operational alignment with brand standards.

1. Ongoing Franchise Relations

• Address franchise partner queries promptly and effectively.
• Act as a bridge between franchisees and internal teams for operational and technical support.

1. Studio Visits & Performance Review

• Conduct on-site visits to each franchise outlet every six months.
• Understand operational challenges, provide actionable solutions, and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

1. Location & Layout Advisory

• Assist new partners in evaluating and finalizing suitable locations.
• Coordinate with the design team to provide accurate 2D/3D layouts for studio setups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in franchise management or operations (preferably in retail, tech, or studio-related industries).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for franchise visits and support.
• Understanding of architectural layouts and ability to coordinate with design/technical teams is a plus.
