Role Summary

Franchise Manager (Business Development Manager)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the franchise network in assigned regions.
  • Build and manage strong franchise partnerships.
  • Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets.
  • Ensure operational standards and brand compliance.
  • Maintain excise and regulatory compliance.
  • Use regional language skills to manage local operations effectively

Requirements

  • Any Graduate with experience in Business development / B2B Sales (Beverage/FMCG preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of local excise laws and regional language (Kolkata and Jaipur)
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Proven track record in sales growth and partner management.
