Franchise Manager

We are looking for an experienced Franchise Manager with a proven background in managing franchise development, expansion, and partner relationships

Candidates from Beauty, Wellness, or FMCG companies handling franchise profiles only Strong experience in franchise acquisition, onboarding, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive franchise network expansion across regions

Manage franchise onboarding, documentation, and compliance

Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners

Develop franchise growth strategies and revenue plans

Coordinate with operations, marketing, and leadership teams for business support

Ensure franchise SOPs and brand standards are met consistently.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong business development & negotiation skills

Experience specifically in franchise management

Excellent communication & stakeholder handling

Ability to drive growth through structured franchise processes .
