Job Title: Franchise Manager/Franchisor’s Representative


Location: Powai


CTC- 6LPA To 10LPA

Role Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Manager to lead and expand our

franchise network. The role involves building strong franchise partnerships, driving sales

growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining compliance with brand and

regulatory standards.


Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement strategies to expand franchise operations across India and

international markets.

 Identify, evaluate and onboard potential franchise partners in line with company

objectives.

 Support franchisees with business setup, operations, marketing and compliance.

 Ensure consistent implementation of brand guidelines, pricing and promotional

activities.

 Monitor franchise performance, analyze sales reports and provide strategic support for

growth.

 Act as a liaison between corporate teams and franchise partners to ensure smooth

operations.

 Conduct regular training sessions and audits to maintain quality and operational

standards.

 Drive revenue targets and ensure franchise profitability


Qualifications & Skills:


 Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing.

 5+ years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the liquor, beverages or

FMCG industry.

 Strong knowledge of franchise operations, agreements, and compliance requirements.

 Familiarity with regional languages, excise policies and geographical markets of

Kolkata, Chandigarh, or Hyderabad zones.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

 Analytical and result-driven mindset with the ability to conduct market and competitor

analysis.

 Willingness to travel extensively.
