Franchise Manager

Job Description :

• They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
• Candidate must be from the Food and Beverage industry.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a Franchise sales strategy to identify and engage potential franchise partners
• Developing and supervising new franchisees' operations & franchises' business development
• Improve franchisee management systems & processes.
• Ensure all sales process are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.
• Help the organization’s process remain legally compliant.
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Processing for mandatory franchise audit and taking corrective actions on the same.
• Perform quality control and monitor the effectiveness of strategies.
• Liaison with various departments like Backend operations, logistics, category & Accounts.
• Managing the team and should be responsible enough to take lead as and when needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchise partners
• Conduct market research to identify potential franchise opportunities
• Develop and deliver presentations to potential franchise partners
• Attend industry & corporate events to promote franchise opportunities and build company's brand
