Role Overview As Franchise Onboarding Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and supporting franchisees across designated regions in India. You’ll work closely with the Regional Director to ensure franchisees are equipped, aligned, and empowered to deliver ERA’s value proposition. Key Responsibilities Franchise Identification & On boarding Source and evaluate potential franchisees aligned with ERA Group’s values and consulting model Manage end-to-end onboarding including documentation, training, and system access Ensure franchisees understand ERA’s success-fee model and service delivery standards Training & Enablement Coordinate induction programs, workshops, and ongoing capability-building sessions Support franchisees with access to ERA’s global knowledge base, tools, and methodologies Facilitate mentoring and performance reviews in collaboration with the Regional Director Operational & Strategic Support Act as the first point of contact for franchisees in assigned regions Monitor franchisee activity, pipeline development, and client engagement Provide feedback to central teams for continuous improvement of onboarding processes Brand & Network Promotion Represent ERA Group at regional events, seminars, and networking forums Support digital and offline campaigns to attract franchise interest and client leads Promote ERA’s value proposition and success stories across relevant channels Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred) 3+ years of experience in franchise management, business development, or consulting Strong understanding of cost optimisation, supply chain, or financial efficiency domains Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment is a plus Skills & Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong project management and onboarding process design Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM and Microsoft Office framework, on boarding platforms, digital tools, and making virtual presentations High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to franchise success Travel & Mobility Willingness to travel across assigned regions for franchise onboarding and support Ability to work in a hybrid model with flexibility across time zones Remuneration Conforming to the best Industry standards.
