Franchise Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Establish and manage the franchise development wing of Chaigram.
• Design, implement, and execute the franchise business model, SOPs, and processes.
• Identify and onboard potential franchise partners across Kolkata and other key regions.
• Develop franchise sales strategies, business plans, and revenue models.
• Build and lead a franchise development team (sales, operations, support).
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and store success.
• Handle franchise agreements, documentation, and legal formalities in coordination with management.
• Drive performance monitoring and ensure compliance with Chaigrams operational and brand standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ensure profitability for both the company and franchise partners.
• Regularly report on franchise performance, expansion pipeline, and business growth metrics to senior management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 58 years of experience in franchise development or franchise management (preferably in FMCG, QSR, or retail chains like Monginis, Dough As You Like, Wow! Momo, etc.).
• Proven track record in launching and scaling franchise networks.
• Strong understanding of franchise operations, legal agreements, and business models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
• Must be Kolkata-based or willing to relocate.
