Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. Provide accurate information about Vibes Health Care services. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner. Maintain customer records and document interactions accurately. Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to call handling and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes.
