Talent Acquisition- Immediate Joiner

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive with 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience in stakeholder management, and a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across various departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database or Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
