Position: Franchise ManagerDepartment: Business Development & Franchise OperationsReports To: Director – iXpress English ProgramLocation: Delhi/NCR---🌟 Role OverviewThe iXpress Franchise Manager is responsible for expanding the iXpress English Program through new franchise acquisitions, managing existing franchise relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and driving revenue and student enrollment growth across centers.This role acts as the bridge between the corporate team and the franchise partners, ensuring brand consistency, quality delivery, and business success.---🛠 Key Responsibilities1. Franchise Acquisition & ExpansionIdentify potential franchise partners: schools, learning centers, edupreneurs.Conduct presentations, demos, and orientation sessions.Achieve monthly/quarterly franchise acquisition targets.Guide new partners through onboarding, documentation, and licensing.---2. Franchise Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all franchise queries.Ensure franchises follow brand guidelines, teaching methodology, and protocols.Conduct regular review meetings with franchise owners.Support in solving operational issues and improving center performance.---3. Training & Quality ControlTrain franchise teams on academic delivery, marketing, and admissions.Ensure teachers follow the iXpress curriculum and 5-Pillar Model.Conduct audits of teaching quality and student progress.Share best practices and drive continuous improvement.---4. Marketing & Admissions SupportSupport franchisees in planning local marketing campaigns.Provide promotional materials, scripts, outreach strategies, and WhatsApp funnels.Guide franchisees on student recruitment, demo classes, and parent presentations.Monitor the performance of campaigns and enrollment pipelines.---5. Revenue & Performance MonitoringTrack franchise revenue, renewals, and enrollment performance.Maintain dashboards and regular reports for management.Identify struggling franchises and create turnaround strategies.---6. Brand Growth & Community BuildingRepresent iXpress at events, seminars, expos, and school networks.Encourage community building among franchise partners.Collect testimonials, success stories, and case studies.---🎯 Key KPIs (Performance Indicators)Number of new franchises closed per quarterEnrollment growth across partner centersFranchise satisfaction scoreCurriculum & branding compliance rateRenewal and retention rate of franchisesTeacher training completion across centers---🧩 Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience in education/franchise/edtech background preferredSales and relationship management expertiseUnderstanding of marketing (offline + digital)Analytical and problem-solving abilityLeadership and training capabilities---🎓 Qualification & ExperienceGraduate / Postgraduate in Education, Business, Marketing, or related fields3–7 years experience in franchise management, business development, or school relationsExperience in education sector preferredThe Franchise Manager ensures:Every franchise is profitableThis role directly drives growth, brand reputation, and impact of iXpressThe candidate should be open to travel.
