Key Responsibilities:
A. Franchise Expansion & Onboarding
- Identify franchise partners and manage new openings.- Coordinate setup, branding, training, and launch activities.
B. Relationship & Account Management- Act as SPOC for franchise partners.- Conduct periodic reviews and build strong relationships.
C. Operations & Compliance Oversight- Ensure adherence to operational standards, protocols, and brand guidelines.- Conduct audits and support corrective actions.
D. Training & Support- Coordinate training for staff.- Provide ongoing support for performance improvement.
E. Performance Management- Track sales, KPIs, and performance and updating the National Sales Head
F. Marketing & Branding Support- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines.- Coordinate campaigns and monitor digital presence.
