Chief Executive Officer

As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at our fast-growing sheet metal manufacturing company, your role will be crucial in driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term value. You will lead our next phase of growth by defining and executing the long-term business strategy aligned with IPO goals. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing plant operations, supply chain, quality systems, and production performance, as well as driving lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with the finance team to lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control reviews, while also championing transparency, compliance, and governance systems needed for IPO readiness. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute long-term business strategy aligned with IPO goals. - Collaborate with promoters and the board to align on vision, scale, and execution milestones. - Oversee end-to-end plant operations, supply chain, quality systems, and production performance. - Drive lean manufacturing, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives. - Confidently read and interpret P&L statements, cash flows, and balance sheets. - Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost control reviews. - Champion transparency, compliance, and governance systems needed for listing. - Build and mentor a strong leadership team across departments. - Deepen relationships with existing OEMs and expand into new markets. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors in Mechanical/Production Engineering (MBA is a plus). - 15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, especially in sheet metal, auto components, or industrial products. - Minimum 5 years in a CXO/Director/Business Head role. - Proven experience with operational scaling, P&L ownership, and team leadership. - Familiarity with IPO processes and financial governance is highly preferred.
