What would you need to do?

The key focus areas are deliverables are:

- Operational efficacy: Ensure OEE >80% from manufacturing

- Projects efficacy: Conceptualise, build and commission large capital projects in time and budget

- Market excellence: Build deep bonds with key customers to provide excellence with products and services

- Team building: Enable a culture of excellence and ‘no fear’ to enable highest potential for each individual

- Financial performance: Provide excellent results to investors to enable confidence and easier capital allocation for growth

- Governance excellence: Build systems and structures that enable transparency and efficacy

- Ecological impact: Ensure setting industry benchmarks and constant positive contribution for ecology

- Deepen industry and administrative bonds: Contribute towards industry at large and create effective relationships in government and administration.

- Build partnerships: Create asset light manufacturing through outsourced ventures

What do you need to know?

It is important that your background has following:

- Experience for business leadership and P&L management

- Experience for managing manufacturing operations

- Ability to build products and solutions for customers and applications

- Knowledge and ability for leading and enthusing large teams

- Experience for leading joint ventures

- Ability to manage local and adminitarial challenges
