Job Description We're on the lookout for a Regional Export Sales Head who can lead with vision and drive. The key outcomes expected from one in this role would be: Sales & Profitability Achievement Develop a comprehensive revenue plan aligned with the company’s global strategy. Achieve annual sales targets in the designated export region. Consistently drive and grow profitability in line with business goals. Develop strategic sales plans and lead execution from planning to closing. Customer Relationships & Value Creation Deepen strategic partnerships and act as a preferred business partner. Proactively resolve customer concerns and enhance client satisfaction. Align product development initiatives with customer needs and market insights. Distribution & Market Development Build and expand the regional distribution network. Ensure sustained growth in partner volumes and profitability. Support regional partners with robust marketing and service strategies. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams. Contribute market intelligence for new product innovation. Represent the region’s voice in leadership meetings and planning forums. Market Trends & Competitive Intelligence Conduct regular market forecasts and present trend analyses to support strategic decision-making. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both domestic and international competitors within the same segment. Analyze, anticipate, and report competitor movements, especially in terms of pricing and costing strategies, to support proactive business planning. Key Skills & Competencies Strategic Sales Planning Customer Relationship Management Profitability & Margin Management Distribution Channel Development Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Negotiation & Closing Skills Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in international/export sales, preferably in the packaging or pulp & paper industry. Strong track record of business growth and leadership in global markets.
