What does the role require? - Guide research and productisation - Build deep customer and convertor relationships - Build global partnerships - Create effective agile processes for transformation - Build a strong team and create a culture of creativity - Enable process and chemistry transformation Who is the right person? - Strong background in Material Sciences and clear understanding of cellulose chemistry. - Minimum 10 years experience in product creation and commercialisation - Efficacy in leading teams and enabling change - Ability and curiosity to push boundaries - Strength in lean and agile methodologies - Global exposure - Entrepreneurial instinct Show more Show less
