Lead end-to-end project execution—from design finalization to machine stabilization
Finalize technology and vendor partners for the greaseproof paper machine
Supervise the erection, commissioning, and trial runs of the machine
Ensure process stability and achieve desired product quality and production output
Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, operations, and R&D teams
Establish SOPs for machine operation, maintenance, and safety
Deliver the project within planned timelines, costs, and compliance norms
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively
B.Tech/B.E. in Pulp & Paper Technology / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
PMP or Project Management certification (preferred)
Experience in commissioning food-grade or greaseproof/specialty paper lines
