What Youll Do Lead Generation & Outreach : Identify and reach out to upcoming FMCG brands and converters/printers to pitch our compostable packaging solutions. Sales Execution : Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, close deals, and drive revenue growth. Strategic Targeting : Create a customer segmentation plan and build a go-to-market strategy tailored for early-stage and challenger brands. Technical Understanding : Grasp the basics of flexible packaging structures, compostable material science, and key processes like lamination, slitting, and pouching to be an effective partner to clients. Solution Development : Work closely with internal teams to develop customized packaging solutions based on client needs. Pricing & Proposals : Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to build accurate pricing proposals and costing strategies. Market Sensing : Stay plugged into trends in sustainable packaging, materials, and up-and-coming challenger brands across India. What Were Looking For 1\u20133 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in flexible packaging, printing, conversion, food, or consumer goods . A go-getter with a passion for sales, a thick skin for rejection, and relentless follow-up. Ability to work independently , manage time effectively, and handle multiple conversations in parallel. Organized and structured thinker \u2014 able to translate complex customer needs into actionable plans. Comfortable understanding technical aspects of packaging with a curiosity to learn more. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Bachelors degree required; MBA or relevant certifications in business or packaging tech is a plus.
