Field Sales Executive We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving direct sales of our diverse range of paper packaging products to businesses and retail shops. If you have a proven track record in direct sales and excellent customer relationship skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: Direct Sales: Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new business clients and retail shop customers for our paper pouches, paper bags, medical pouches, mithai bags, hotel parcel bags, and other related products. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach and achieve sales targets within assigned territories. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients. Sales Reporting: Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software and provide regular reports to management. Market Feedback: Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help inform product development and sales strategies. Negotiation & Closing: Conduct effective sales presentations, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in direct field sales, specifically with a strong background in direct-to-shop and direct-to-business sales. Experience in the packaging or related industry is a plus. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities, manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse client types. Self-Motivated: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients. Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and understand the technical aspects and applications of our paper packaging products. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address customer concerns effectively. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but relevant work experience will be highly considered.
