Role & responsibilities Development of artwork to make it possible to run on printing machine. Email Reading/Writing, Job Preflight, following Checklist while job development. Knowledge understanding of printing theory, including impositions, trapping, overprinting, resolution DPI, dot/press gain, paper characteristics, pagination, color space and color theory. To analyze jobs and check its essential ways of printing in case of any difficulty discussed with HOD for resolving problem. Taking regular feedbacks regarding artwork and plate from printing department and implementing for more productivity and smooth processing. Making colour correction as per target requirement during printing. Referring Planning sheet on daily basis and keep inputs pre-ready three days before on daily productions basis, Also ensure to provide time to time pre separate files and plates to printing department. Sales & Customer Technical Interface Act as the main technical partner to the International Sales team • Convert client briefs into technically feasible packaging proposals • Advise on packaging design, decoration, material compatibility, and sustainability • Ensure first order and pilot project execution with internal teams 2. MTO Specification Management Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and master data • Ensure version control for seamless production and Supply Chain integration • Reflect validations and feedback continuously in all documents 3. Technical Support in NPD Process Coordinate feasibility checks and new product development projects for the Silvassa plant • Collaborate with local production, R&D, and commercial teams • Own and update the costing/pricing tool for the Indian product portfolio 4. Collaboration, Process Excellence & Knowledge Transfer Work cross-functionally with Sales, Manufacturing, QA, Regulatory and other teams • Navigate multicultural collaboration with adaptability and professionalism • Share learnings from export and NPD projects into internal systems and best practices • Ensure high standards of documentation, traceability, and compliance throughout Requirements & Qualifications • Degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field • 35 years in technical packaging development • Knowledge of material science, decoration, and industrial manufacturing • Experience with cosmetic tube packaging preferred • Fluent in English • Familiarity with artwork validation, compliance, and costing systems • Comfortable in multicultural and international team environments • Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, India Preferred candidate profile
