Job Description

As a Regional Export Sales Head, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and profitability in the designated export region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing a comprehensive revenue plan aligned with the company's global strategy. - Achieving annual sales targets in the designated export region. - Consistently driving and growing profitability in line with business goals. - Developing strategic sales plans and leading execution from planning to closing. - Deepening strategic partnerships and acting as a preferred business partner. - Proactively resolving customer concerns and enhancing client satisfaction. - Aligning product development initiatives with customer needs and market insights. - Building and expanding the regional distribution network. - Ensuring sustained growth in partner volumes and profitability. - Supporting regional partners with robust marketing and service strategies. - Working closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams. - Contributing market intelligence for new product innovation. - Representing the region's voice in leadership meetings and planning forums. - Conducting regular market forecasts and presenting trend analyses to support strategic decision-making. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of both domestic and international competitors within the same segment. - Analyzing, anticipating, and reporting competitor movements, especially in terms of pricing and costing strategies to support proactive business planning. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Strategic Sales Planning - Customer Relationship Management - Profitability & Margin Management - Distribution Channel Development - Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis - Negotiation & Closing Skills - Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in international/export sales, preferably in the packaging or pulp & paper industry. - Strong track record of business growth and leadership in global markets.,
