We are looking for Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) for a large Pharma company, HQ: Kolkata to cover Pan India. Job Description: The candidate must be from Pharma background (Sales, Marketing, Admin & Finance), with knowledge of the formulation industry and particular experience in pharmaceutical marketing and sales. He should also be conversant with the financial aspects of a pharmaceutical company's functions - including key issues regarding its balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flows, costing and budgeting, and planning & forecasting. He must be familiar with pharmaceutical operations and production and be aware of industry best practices and regulatory requirements. He should have had at least five years of successful experience leading a team with quantitative targets, preferably in marketing and sales. He should be driven by an entrepreneurial mindset - and have growth objectives, as well as risk mitigation, as guiding principles. He should be people-oriented, capable of handling and motivating workforces at multiple levels. Define realistic and favourable milestones in agreement with Directors across verticals and various geographies for the organisation and work along with the teams to achieve them on time and in full. Work on developing strategies around building cost efficiencies into the system andguide functional teams on continuous improvement models. Identify the potential misses of milestones proactively and define a customized strategy around it and work along with the senior leaders to ensure contingency management.
