As a dynamic and result-oriented professional, you will be responsible for leading the operations and driving global growth at N.C John Garments, a leading Garment Manufacturing & Exporting Company. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership and vision to expand international markets. - Oversee manufacturing, merchandising, compliance, and supply chain operations. - Strengthen relationships with global buyers, brands, and sourcing offices. - Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency across production units. - Lead organizational development, financial planning, and sustainability initiatives. To excel in this role, you are required to have the following experience and qualifications: - Minimum 15-20 years of senior management experience in the garment/textile manufacturing and exporting industry, with at least 5 years in a top leadership role (CEO/COO/Director level). - Proven track record in handling large-scale apparel manufacturing units and international buyer accounts (USA, EU, UK, etc.). - In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, compliance standards (social, environmental, and quality), and supply chain management. - Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and export market expansion. - Ability to lead a large workforce with strong people management and cross-cultural communication skills. - MBA/Advanced degree in Business, Management, or Textile Technology preferred.
