N.C John Garments - A leading Garment Manufacturing & Exporting Company seeks a dynamic, result-oriented professional to lead its operations and drive global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Provide strategic leadership and vision to expand international markets.

·    Oversee manufacturing, merchandising, compliance, and supply chain operations.

·    Strengthen relationships with global buyers, brands, and sourcing offices.

·    Ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency across production units.

·    Lead organizational development, financial planning, and sustainability initiatives.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

·    Minimum 15–20 years of senior management experience in the garment/textile manufacturing and exporting industry, with at least 5 years in a top leadership role (CEO/COO/Director level).

·    Proven track record in handling large-scale apparel manufacturing units and international buyer accounts (USA, EU, UK, etc.).

·    In-depth knowledge of global sourcing, compliance standards (social, environmental, and quality), and supply chain management.

·    Strong experience in strategic planning, P&L management, and export market expansion.

·    Ability to lead a large workforce with strong people management and cross-cultural communication skills.

·    MBA/Advanced degree in Business, Management, or Textile Technology preferred.
