Ltd. has evolved from a humble sheet metal trading business to a renowned manufacturer of precision components and assemblies for OEMs and MNCs worldwide.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Khed. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality control processes, conducting regular quality audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and implementing quality management systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing inspection activities, training staff on quality standards, addressing quality-related issues, and collaborating with other departments to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems skills
Experience in conducting regular quality audits and inspections
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Ability to train and mentor staff on quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in the precision sheet metal fabrication industry is a plus
Proficiency in using quality management software and tools
