Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Noida. The CEO will oversee the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and business growth. Responsibilities include strategic planning, managing business operations, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring sustainable organizational performance. The CEO will also build and maintain key partnerships and lead long-term vision creation for the company which is of Rs. 1000 crores by 2030 form current revenue of Rs. 40.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Finance and Operations Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Strong Sales leadership and business development skills
• Exceptional decision-making, leadership, and communication abilities
• Proven experience in scaling organizations and driving revenue growth
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred
• Knowledge of the interior design or construction industry is a plus
