About the Role

Hagerstone International is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Senior Sales Executive to lead PAN-India sales operations in the office interior fit-out industry. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong expertise in office interior contracting, client relationship management, and project-based sales, especially in commercial and corporate spaces.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive monthly bookings of ₹2 -3 CR with average project sizes between ₹ 1 to 1.5 CR
  • Directly pitch and close high-value deals with CXOs, business owners, and real estate decision-makers.
  • Facilitating 75+ meetings per month and ensuring a 40%+ lead-to-proposal conversion rate.
  • Ensure a 48-hour proposal turnaround time and maintain a proposal-to-closure rate of at least 50%.
  • Acquire 3–5 strategic clients monthly, ensuring 30%+ business through referrals and repeat orders.
  • Represent Hagerstone at industry events, exhibitions, and forums as a brand ambassador.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in high-value sectors such as interior design, real estate or contracting.
  • Proven success in CXO-level sales and large-scale deal negotiations.
  • Strong leadership skills in team building, performance coaching, and mentoring.
  • Proficiency in CRM-based pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.
  • Commitment to weekly reviews and maintaining high accountability.

Work Timings & Leave Policy


  • Workweek: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
  • Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (includes a 1/2-hour lunch break)
  • Probation: 6 months from date of joining
  • Leave Policy: Post-probation employees receive 2 paid leave days per month, totaling approximately 24 paid leave days annually
