About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our PAN-India sales operations in the office interior fit-out industry. Key Responsibilities Drive monthly bookings of ₹15–20 Cr with an average project size between ₹5–20 Cr. Build and manage a 3–5 member team delivering 150+ meetings per month and achieving a 40%+ lead-to-proposal conversion rate. Ensure fast proposal turnaround (within 48 hours) and maintain a proposal-to-closure rate of at least 50%. Acquire 3–5 strategic clients monthly while securing 30%+ business through referrals and repeat orders. Represent Hagerstone at industry events, exhibitions, and forums as a credible, senior brand ambassador. Required Skills & Qualifications 6–15 years in B2B sales, preferably in high-ticket industries such as interior design, real estate, EPC, or contracting. Proven track record in CXO-level sales and high-value negotiations Team building, performance coaching, and leadership CRM-based pipeline management and reporting discipline Excellent written and verbal communication in business English Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities Commitment to weekly reviews and high accountability Work Timings & Leave policy The standard workweek is Monday to Saturday (6 working days). Daily working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM , including a 1-hour lunch break . A probation period of 6 months applies from the date of joining.
