Key Responsibilities Drive monthly bookings of ₹15–20 Cr with an average project size between ₹5–20 Cr. Pitch and close high-value deals directly with CXOs, business owners, and real estate decision-makers. Build and manage a 3–5 member team delivering 150+ meetings per month and achieving a 40%+ lead-to-proposal conversion rate. Ensure fast proposal turnaround (within 48 hours) and maintain a proposal-to-closure rate of at least 50%. Acquire 3–5 strategic clients monthly while securing 30%+ business through referrals and repeat orders. Represent Hagerstone at industry events, exhibitions, and forums as a credible, senior brand ambassador.
