Position: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra / Remote (depends on company)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / General Manager – Sales

Shree Flameproof Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of flameproof and explosion-proof electrical equipment certified under ATEX, BIS, CIMFR, and IEC standards. The company provides high-quality solutions for hazardous industries such as oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical, and infrastructure projects. Their product range includes flameproof light fittings, control panels, junction boxes, cable glands, industrial fans, and customized explosion-proof solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

2. Business Development & Key Account Handling

3. Technical Sales & Product Solutions

4. Team Performance & Strategy Execution

5. Coordination & After-Sales Support

6. Reporting & Documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics) OR MBA in Sales/Marketing.

5–10 years of strong industrial/electrical B2B sales experience.

Minimum 2 years of team handling experience is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of flameproof / explosion-proof products will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.

Self-driven, strategic thinker, and result-oriented profile.

Willingness to travel across regions based on business requirements.

Strong team player who can build, train, and motivate a sales force.

Ability to understand technical drawings, datasheets, and compliance standards.

Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric thinking.
