We are looking for an experienced VMC Operator to operate and set up Vertical Machining Center machines. The candidate will be responsible for machine operation, tool setting, reading engineering drawings, and ensuring quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up VMC machines as per production requirements
Load raw materials and select appropriate tools
Run CNC programs and monitor machining process
Check dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges)
Maintain machine accuracy, cleanliness, and safety standards
Requirements:
ITI / Diploma in Machinist, Fitter, or Mechanical
1–3 years of VMC operating experience
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
Knowledge of tooling, offsets, and basic CNC programming preferred
