Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management

• Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of mentors (Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology) across JEE and NEET verticals.
• 
  
• Create mentorship frameworks for student engagement, performance tracking, and academic support.
• 
  
• Oversee mentor recruitment, onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling.

Student Academic Support

• Design and monitor one-on-one and group mentorship models tailored to JEE/NEET preparation.
• 
  
• Ensure timely doubt resolution, concept reinforcement, time management, and exam strategy guidance.
• 
  
• Establish escalation mechanisms for academic issues (e.g., consistent low scores, lack of motivation).

Academic Quality Control

• Define KPIs for mentorship quality (engagement rate, resolution time, student satisfaction).
• 
  
• Conduct regular audits of mentor-student interactions and implement feedback-based improvements.
• 
  
• Ensure mentors are aligned with the latest JEE/NEET exam patterns and preparation techniques.

Coordination & Delivery

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Content, and Teaching Teams for aligned academic delivery.
• 
  
• Coordinate with product/tech teams to integrate mentorship workflows into platforms (e.g., dashboards, tracking tools).
• 
  
• Oversee performance analytics and reporting to identify trends and gaps.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Medicine, Science, or Education.
• 
  
• 4–7 years of experience in JEE/NEET academic delivery, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or mentorship management role.
• 
  
• Strong familiarity with competitive exam ecosystems, academic rigor, and student psychology.
