Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie with 4 to 8 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in Indian/Tandoor cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and excellence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment, preferably in Indian/Tandoor cuisine.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, including point-of-sale systems.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring memorable dining experiences.
