Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie specializing in Asian cuisine to join our culinary team in Mumbai. As a key member of our kitchen Heartist, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Asian dishes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
Ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation across all dishes
Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations during service
Manage your station efficiently, including mise en place and inventory control
Assist in menu development and suggest innovative Asian dishes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in Asian cooking techniques
Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement
