We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation, with excellent culinary skills. As an immediate joiner, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervise and coordinate the work of junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a CDP or DCDP in a reputable establishment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
